CrossTrainers of Bethlehem First United Methodist Church
A Walking/Running Group
The CrossTrainers is a group where walkers and runners of all levels can meet to gain encouragement,
support, and tips; train for and participate in upcoming races; increase endurance; and achieve your race
goals.
Members of the group will have the opportunity to:
meet three times a week, including two weeknights and Saturday mornings to enjoy a walk or run.
decide on the locations of their walks/runs.
participate in races as representatives of the CrossTrainers walking/running group.
