Insane Cardio: A combination of cardio workouts with basic exercise movements to maximize calorie burning. This class is for beginners and can range up to intermediate skill levels.
Sweat & Sculpt: A great workout that utilizes core muscles while burning the maximum calroies possible and toning/builiding lean muscle having a great time in an hour.
Kenpo Kickboxing: A style of Kickboxing intergrated with the Karate discipline of Kenpo.
Ab & Core: Mostly floor exercises focusing on the core and especially the abdominal area. Please make sure to bring a towel or mat.
